Christmas Champagne Cocktail

Fruity and light, this Christmas Champagne Cocktail is just what the holidays call for! Three delicious juices combine with a brute, bubbly champagne to make a fantastic cocktail that is both sweet and refreshing. Want to make it kid-friendly? Substitute in some sprite or ginger ale for the champagne… a wine for everyone in the family!

If you look through all the recipes I create, you will notice that, in the beverage section, I’m a big champagne girl. I think it should be drank year-round, regardless of the occasion. I like to create a lot of different flavors and recipes that can be paired anywhere from a holiday to a random Tuesday night. The tried-and-true mimosa never disapoints, but sometimes its nice to mix things up and give different juices a chance!

What is a classic Christmas drink?

There are several different types of cocktails that are traditional for the holiday season. Mimosas are incredibly common and can be tailored to your taste: orange juice, cranberry juice, pomegranate, etc. Other holiday drinks include White Russians, Hot Toddy’s, Red Sangria, Peppermint Cosmopolitans, Spiked Hot Chocolate… the list goes on! Check out my beverage sections above – there are several great options for the upcoming season!

What can I serve at a Christmas party?

This recipe is a great cocktail for a holiday party because it can serve a lot of people! Food most often comes in the form of appetizers. Some great food options for a holiday party are:

Ingredients for our Christmas Champagne Cocktail:

  • Champagne
  • Orange Juice
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Cranberry Juice

How to make our Christmas Champagne Cocktail:

In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice. Give a good stir. Slowly add the champagne to the juice. Garnish with cranberries and orange slices and serve!

Make sure all liquids are chilled for best taste!

If liquids aren’t able to be cold, add ice to the beverage. Ice may water-down the taste some but it will still taste delightful 🙂

You won’t regret this super simple yet super tasty beverage choice this holiday season! It is so refreshing and fun. A bonus is that you are only using half of the juice for the cocktail recipe, so with the leftovers, add them to a separate pitcher with sprite and you have the kids taken care of! Two for the price of one…. that’s a holiday win 😉 Double-wammy is to pair it with my delicious Coconut Oatmeal Cookies for an after dinner cocktail with dessert!
