Headed to a party and looking for something easy and different to bring? This Pesto Goat Cheese Dip is sure to be a hit…and the best part- only 3 ingredients! The colors from the ingredients make this dip as pretty as it is delicious!

When you are running from the kids practices and games with the kids and then have plans with friends that evening, coming up with a dish to share can be down right stressful and chaotic! I love this dip so much because all of the ingredients you can keep on hand for anytime a party pops up! Stick it in the oven and out comes a dish that does not look like you practically made it on your way out the door!
What if I can’t find crumbled goat cheese?
If you can’t find crumbled goat cheese, you can just use regular goat cheese and spread it evenly across the bottom of the dish and place the pesto on top. The order of those two ingredients is not important!
Do I have to use Biutoni Pesto?
To be honest, this pesto works the best for this particular dip. You can certainly use your own homemade pesto or another brand, but the amount of olive oil in the pesto will determine the consistency of the dip. If I am using a pesto that looks more oily, I just remove some of the oil before spreading it in the dish.
