Cauliflower is not usually in the lineup for weekly vegetables in our house. The reason for that is that I seem to be the only one who really likes it. I felt like I needed to change that! I wanted to make something that everyone would not only eat but actually love! This recipe came together so easily that I couldn’t believe how good it taste! I now make this as an occasional afternoon snack or as part of a charcuterie board when we have company. It’s fairly effortless and has a phenomenal outcome. Getting veggies in my kids has never been easier.

Do I need to wash my cauliflower before eating it?

I would absolutely wash your cauliflower. I would cut off the leaves and cut the cauliflower however you want it. Then, throw it in a strainer and run water over it for around 1 minute. This will help get any dirt, germs, or otherwise unwanted stuff off your veggie and make it ready for eating or preparing!

What can I eat with roasted cauliflower?

The options are endless! Cauliflower, overall, isn’t too strong of a taste does great with a variety of dishes. We like to it with our Spicy Pork Chops, Pesto Bruschetta Chicken Bake, and our Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Panini. Since it coated with Italian breadcrumbs, it would be great with a variety of pasta dishes, pork loins, and with a great cut of steak!
