I was wrong, especially because of recipes like this one! With minimal ingredients, and something that take less than 5 minutes to prepare before being popped in the oven, I was able to get a total handle of it! Can I bake the chicken at 400 F instead?

You can! If you decide to raise the heat from 375F to 400F with this recipe, cook time should be closer to the 30 minute mark. Remember to keep the chicken breasts thin to make the cook time accurate. Thicker pieces will require a longer time in the oven, which creates the risk of dry chicken. Regardless of the temperature you choose to use, be sure the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165 F.

Can you use ranch dressing instead of ranch seasoning?

You can substitute in two tablespoons of liquid ranch dressing as a substitute for a 1-ounce store-bought packet. The flavor will not be as bold as it would be with the dry seasoning, however, the dish will still be delicious!
