Creamy and flavorful with a hint of spice, this Simple Sriracha Aioli Recipe is the sauce you never knew you were missing! Perfect on fries, chicken, burgers, or fish, this sauce is the end-all for amazing flavor. Super simple to put together, this should be a refrigerator staple from here on out!
There is restaurant in my town that we frequent almost weekly. They make a killer fish taco that always has this amazing sauce drizzled on it. Over the last few months, I’ve been trying to dissect the exact flavors and I think I have finally figured it out! As much as I love going out to eat, I’m so excited to have this recipe in my arsenal now. I added a little sriracha to it because we love a little spice and the dynamic profile that hot sauce adds to the overall flavor.
What is sriracha sauce and is there a substitute?
Sriracha sauce is a type of hot sauce that is made up of chili peppers, sugar, salt, vinegar, and garlic. It is a common condiment, like ketchup, in Asian countries. A comparable substitute for sriracha sauce would be tabasco sauce, Frank’s hot sauce, or even certain fish sauces.
What is aioli good on?
Aioli can be treated like any other condiment you may use. It works deliciously on poultry and fish, tater tots, french fries, burgers, chicken sandwiches, roasted vegetables, and even eggs. It is great as a dipping sauce or as a spread.

I love this sauce for so many reasons. It is great as a dipping sauce when all I can come up with is grilled chicken. It’s delicious on a bacon burger.
