This is such a simple and yummy addition to any meal you have planned this week. Our Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms are just what your steak and chicken has been missing!

Let’s be honest: you either love them or you hate them. Luckily, my household eats them up! We eat them raw, baked, sautéed, fried… pretty much any way we can get them. Since we are new to the air fryer, we wanted to see the outcome of a recipe we usually used on the stove top. Well – i’m here to tell you that it was ah-mazing! They had a slight crisp to them and the flavor was on point. It was easy and clean up was simple. You will love these!
What are the healthiest mushrooms?
Ultimately, any mushroom is a good and healthy choice. Oyster and shiitake mushrooms have the most fiber : about 2 grams per serving. Raw maitake mushrooms and portobellos that are exposed to UV light are among the highest in vitamin D. White mushrooms, which are the most common, are also sold with enhanced levels of vitamin D.

Ingredients for our Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms:
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 2 TBS EVOO
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
How to make our Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms:
Preheat your air fryer to 380 F.
Roughly cut mushrooms. If you bought them pre-cut, then you can obviously skip that part 🙂

Next, add them to a bowl and toss with the olive oil, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Air fry 10-12 minutes, tossing and shaking half way through.

They are ready to serve when time is up! Be aware that the mushrooms will shrink up as they cook, so when more than 2 people are consuming this as a side, I double the recipe.

There are so many meals that this can compliment! Throw them on a marinated steak for a little extra something. Enjoy them along side apple butter chicken. Toss them on a salad to give it some extra texture. Orrr….. do like me and make them just to eat them as a snack! There is no wrong way with these guys!

Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 2 TBS EVOO
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat air fryer to 380 F.

- Add mushrooms to a bowl and then toss with oil, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket half way through.
- Remove from air fryer and enjoy!
