PF Changs has always been one of our favorite places to eat. We haven’t lived close to one in quite some time, but anytime we are traveling through the Atlanta Airport, my kids BEG me to take them for lettuce wraps! Who can resist the delicious wraps that automatically feel guilt free since after all, they are wrapped in lettuce 😉 We started making these tasty wraps at home to satisfy our cravings and I just love the flavor and how easy it is to whip up this chicken and eat off of it all week long!

What is the best lettuce to use for wraps?

There technically isn’t a “correct” answer to this, it truly comes down to personal preference! Many people use Iceberg or Romaine. I personally like to use Butter Bibb lettuce because the soft leaves are easy to bend and wrap and the size of the lettuce is perfect for 2 or 3 bite wraps!

What should I serve with Simple Chicken Lettuce Wraps?

We love to eat these wraps with fried rice, lo mein noodles or even salmon! They are great on their own or as a side dish or appetizer.
