You know the feeling you get of being warmed from the inside out and you just feel all cozy when you drink it?? This is THAT drink! Our Copycat Starbucks Medicine Ball is sweet and soothing and all together so satisfying! Ditch the drive to Starbucks and make this little cup of heaven from the comfort of your couch, never having to pause the Hallmark movie you are currently crying over 🙂

More often than not, I make this drink when I’m not feeling at my best. It’s my go-to drink when I have a cold or feel one coming on. My kids also enjoy it which is great when they come down with something. One thing that I alter occasionally is the amount of honey. If I don’t have the “light” lemonade, I do less honey or else it would be way too sweet for me. That is definitely a personal choice that is easy to figure out. Side note: when I’m not feeling great, our White Chicken Chili feels like a total cure-all as well 😉

Ingredients:
- Hot Water
- Tazo Zen teabag
- Celestial Country Peach Passion teabag
- 1/2 TBS honey
- 3 oz Minute Maid ‘Just 15’ Lemonade
How to make our Copycat Starbucks Medicine Ball:
Pour 5 oz of steaming hot water over the teabags and let steep for 3 minutes. We either boil water in a teapot or just get it straight from our Keurig.

You will want the tea to steep before you add the lemonade and honey. You don’t want those ingredients to absorb into the tea bag.
Once the tea has steeped, drain bags in cup. Next, slowly add the 3 oz of warmed lemonade and 1/2 TBS of honey.

Stir and enjoy!
There is nothing like a great cup of yummy warmth to put your body and mind at ease. The cherry on top is this being homemade and saving some dinero during this holiday season. And the cherry on the cherry is that when I hear my husband puttering around the kitchen, I can kindly request he make me one and it gets delivered straight to my couch! Total winter win!
